How a class works

Bring yourself.

The studio runs the same way the courts do. Nothing to own, nothing to arrange, and no membership to join first.

  • 01Mats and pads provided. Bring water and something you can move in.
  • 02Arrive ten minutes early. Especially the first time, so the coach knows who is new.
  • 03Small classes. Capped so the coach can actually correct people.Cap TBC
  • 04Showers and changing rooms. The same ones the courts use.
  • 05Coffee is thirty seconds away. Most people go straight from the mat to a table.

Studio FAQ

Before your
first class.

Do I need to bring a mat?

No. Mats are provided, and so are gloves and wraps for kickboxing. Bring water and something you can move in.

Are the classes outdoors?

The studio is covered, and yoga moves into the open air when the weather allows. In a downpour everything runs under cover.Confirm

I have never done pilates. Will I be lost?

No. Classes are mixed-ability and small enough that the coach can correct people individually. Tell them at the desk that it is your first one.

Can I do a class and then play?

Plenty of people do. Book the class and the court separately, leave a gap for coffee, and use the same changing rooms for both.

Can you run a private class for a group?

Yes, for a team, a birthday or a hen party. It runs through the events team rather than the class booking.
